148.5 MHz MEMS XO with AEC-Q100 grade
The DSC1221CI3-148M5000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) in the DSC12X1 series, delivering a 148.5 MHz CMOS clock output with ±20 ppm frequency stability across -40°C to 85°C — wide enough for an engine-bay ECU or a dash-mounted display that sees temperature swings without a heater. AEC-Q100 qualification means the part passed the automotive-grade stress tests (temperature cycling, ESD, latch-up, and PPAP) — it is rated for the same reliability envelope as the engine-control module it may clock.
Supply-range flexibility and disable function
Operates from 2.5 V to 3.3 V without a separate rail regulator — the same oscillator can straddle a 3.3-V I/O bank and a 2.5-V core logic partition on a mixed-voltage board. The Enable/Disable pin pulls the output to high-impedance and drops supply current to 23 mA typ — useful for power-gating a clock tree during sleep modes without an external load-switch.
Suitable for both new designs and ongoing production replenishment. Sourced through independent distribution; quoted to order against the BOM quantity.
