DSC1212NI1-C0027 — MEMS XO with LVPECL output
It delivers an LVPECL output — a differential signal with a typical swing of 800 mV peak-to-peak into a 50-ohm load, which keeps jitter low and edge rates clean for high-speed clock distribution. Supply voltage spans 2.5V to 3.3V, so it works off either a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate LDO.
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a low-profile, surface-mount footprint that suits dense PCB layouts.
The part is in current manufacture and can be ordered for new designs or field repairs without last-time-buy planning.
