Product details

100 MHz HCSL clock source with MEMS reliability

The DSC1204NI1-100M0000 is a 100 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) delivering an HCSL output — a differential current-mode logic level common in PCIe reference clocks and high-speed serial links. The MEMS resonator replaces the quartz crystal, giving better shock resistance and a smaller footprint than a traditional crystal oscillator. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.63V, covering both 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an external regulator. The wide range means a single BOM line can serve multiple power domains.

Standby power-down and current budget

The Standby (Power Down) function pulls the disable current to 5 µA max — low enough that a battery-backed RTC or wake-up timer sees negligible drain during sleep. Active supply current is 40 mA typ, which is the load the 3.3V rail must budget.

Active production — sourced per RFQ

This is a current-production part suitable for new designs.
