156.25 MHz HCSL MEMS oscillator — active, no LTB window
The DSC1204DI3-156M2500 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a 156.25 MHz HCSL output — the exact frequency and logic family used as a reference clock for 10/25/100 GbE MAC/PHY, PCIe Gen 1–3, and SerDes PLLs. The HCSL output swings 700 mV peak-to-peak into a 50 Ω differential pair, matching the input requirements of most Ethernet and PCIe clock receivers without external level translation.
Industrial temperature range and standby power-down
Normal operation draws 40 mA typical.
MEMS resonator — shock and vibration advantage over quartz
For designs that must survive shipping, panel-mount vibration, or downhole drilling, the MEMS construction eliminates the quartz fragility risk without changing the footprint or output.
6-VDFN package — board layout notes
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — the small footprint and low profile fit under heatsinks or in tight card-edge zones.
