Frequency stability is ±25 ppm — tight enough for CAN, LIN, or basic Ethernet clocking without needing a TCXO.
Supply range and power-down
Supply voltage range is 2.5V to 3.3V, covering common 3.3V and 2.5V logic rails without an external regulator. Maximum active current is 27 mA typical at 81.36 MHz. When the standby pin is asserted, the oscillator stops and draws only 5 µA — this is the power-down mode. For battery-backed modules or key-off sleep states, that leakage is negligible.
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 7.00mm x 5.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm. The small outline and low profile suit space-constrained automotive ECUs.
