48 MHz MEMS clock with standby for industrial timing
Operating from 2.25V to 3.63V, the oscillator runs directly off a 3.3V or 2.5V rail without an intermediate LDO — the wide tolerance absorbs rail ripple from a switching regulator. Maximum active supply current is 27mA typical at 48 MHz; in standby the current drops to 5µA, so the part's contribution to the sleep-mode budget is negligible.
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 5.00mm x 3.20mm with a seated height of 0.90mm, the footprint matches standard 5x3.2mm oscillator land patterns — no layout change from a quartz XO of the same size.
