The TPSA335K020R2500: This is a KYOCERA AVX TPS series molded tantalum capacitor rated at 3.3 µF with ±10% tolerance and a 20 V DC voltage rating. The 2.5 Ohm ESR sets the ripple current ceiling — at 20 V, a 50% derating to 10 V working voltage is standard practice for tantalum to avoid surge failures, especially on power rails with low impedance.
