The 2924 (7361 Metric) case measures 7.30 mm x 6.10 mm with a seated height of 4.30 mm, which fits standard 12 mm tape-and-reel formats for automated pick-and-place. The molded body provides mechanical stability and moisture resistance for reflow soldering.
The full temperature range is active, not derated. The general-purpose feature set (no low-ESR or high-reliability screening) means it is a standard production part, not a specialty military or automotive-grade device. For designs requiring AEC-Q200 qualification, the TPM series does not carry that certification — confirm the BOM's qualification requirement before committing.
