Housed in the 2312 (6032 Metric) case with size code W, measuring 6.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 1.50 mm. The surface-mount molded package is a drop-in for standard 2312 tantalum pads, with no special footprint beyond the typical 1:1 pad geometry for this case size. Supplied on Tape & Reel, which is the standard delivery format for automated pick-and-place assembly.
No official second-source or pin-compatible replacement is recorded. The TAJ series includes many capacitance-voltage combinations in the same 2312 case, but any substitution would require a different order code and verification of the ESR and temperature profile.
