The TAJW157K006RNJ delivers 150 µF ±10% at 6.3 V rated voltage—enough capacitance to smooth a 3.3 V or 5 V switching regulator output or to hold up a microcontroller supply through a brief brown-out. The 300 mOhm ESR limits ripple current heating; at 6.3 V the ripple current rating is set by the ESR and the case's thermal dissipation, not by the capacitance itself.
