Supplied on tape and reel (cut tape also available), this part is pick-and-place ready. The molded case has a flat top for vacuum pickup and the terminations are matte tin over nickel — compatible with standard lead-free reflow profiles. No special bake required if the moisture barrier bag is intact; if the bag is breached, follow the standard tantalum MSL handling (MSL 3 typical for this class).
