512 Mbit NOR Flash for automotive and industrial code storage
It stores firmware and calibration data in automotive ECUs, ADAS modules, and industrial controllers where fast random access and high reliability are required. The SPI Quad I/O interface at 80 MHz provides read throughput up to roughly 40 MB/s, enough for execute-in-place boot or over-the-air update staging.

Memory organization and interface
Organized as 64 M x 8 bits, the flash is byte-addressable for random reads and page-programmable for writes. The SPI Quad I/O interface uses four data lines plus chip select, clock, and write-protect — eight signals total, fitting in the 16-SOIC package.
