The Infineon S25FL256LAGBHM030 is a 256Mbit NOR Flash memory from the Automotive FL-L series, qualified to AEC-Q100 for use in automotive and industrial environments where extended temperature and reliability are required. It supports SPI, Quad I/O, and QPI interfaces at a clock frequency of 133 MHz, giving you fast read throughput for code shadowing or data logging. The memory is organized as 32M x 8 bits and operates from a 2.7V to 3.6V supply rail.
