133 MHz Quad-SPI — what the clock rate buys you
The Infineon S25FL128SAGBHIT00 is a 128 Mbit FL-S series NOR Flash with a Quad-SPI interface clocked at 133 MHz. That clock rate, combined with the four I/O lanes, gives you a sustained read throughput that keeps an external Flash from being the bottleneck in a cached MCU or FPGA configuration load. The 16M x 8 organization maps cleanly to byte-addressable firmware images.
24-ball BGA — rework and layout notes
Housed in a 24-ball TBGA with a 6x8 mm body. That is a fine-pitch BGA — the ball diameter and pitch are tight enough that you want a decent X-ray for post-reflow inspection. The footprint is standard for the FL-S 24-BGA, so a layout designed for the sibling S25FL128SAGBHI20 should accept this part without a board spin.
