128 Mbit NOR Flash with 133 MHz Quad SPI
The S25FL128LAGNFM013 is a 128 Mbit NOR Flash memory from Infineon's FL-L series, organized as 16M x 8 bits and accessed through a SPI Quad I/O interface that supports clock rates up to 133 MHz. The QPI mode allows command and address input on all four I/O lines, cutting instruction overhead for random-read workloads common in automotive firmware shadowing.
