The Infineon S25FL128LAGBHB033 is a 128 Mbit NOR Flash memory from the FL-L series, organized as 16M x 8 bits. It uses the SPI Quad I/O and QPI interface, clocking at 133 MHz for fast read and program operations.

Housed in a 24-ball BGA (6x8 mm body), the S25FL128LAGBHB033 mounts on the PCB with a 0.80 mm ball pitch. The SPI Quad I/O interface reduces pin count while delivering up to 532 Mbit/s throughput at 133 MHz (quad data rate). QPI mode allows command and address input on four I/O lines for further efficiency in firmware update routines.
