The 133 MHz clock frequency on the Quad-SPI interface delivers a sustained read throughput that supports execute-in-place (XIP) code shadowing for automotive microcontrollers or application processors. When sizing the memory bus, this part keeps up with fast boot sequences and OTA staging without adding wait states on the host side.
Supplied in a 24-ball TBGA (8 mm x 6 mm) package for surface-mount assembly.
