The CY7C4251-15AXC is a 72K (8K x 9) synchronous FIFO from Infineon's CY7C series, clocked at 66.7 MHz with a 10 ns access time. This is a depth- and width-expandable FIFO with programmable flags, but it does not support FWFT (First-Word Fall-Through) or retransmit capability. The bus is unidirectional.
