72 Mbit DDR II+ SRAM at 633 MHz — bus-fit memo
The Infineon CY7C1568XV18-633BZXC is a 72 Mbit synchronous SRAM using DDR II+ architecture, clocked at 633 MHz. Organized 4M x 18, it is built for high-bandwidth, low-latency data paths in networking, telecom, and test equipment where the FPGA or ASIC needs single-cycle access to a large look-up table or packet buffer. The 633 MHz clock rate on a DDR II+ interface transfers data on both edges. Supply range is 1.7 V to 1.9 V. The 165-ball FBGA (13x15 mm) footprint is compact.
Temperature grade — commercial only
Rated for 0°C to 70°C ambient, this part is intended for indoor, controlled-climate equipment — server racks, lab instruments, central-office telecom. It is not specified for industrial enclosures or outdoor cabinets where the ambient can swing below freezing or above 70°C.
