450 MHz QDR II+ SRAM for high-throughput buffer applications
The Infineon CY7C1565KV18-450BZI is a 72 Mbit synchronous QDR II+ SRAM organized as 2M x 36 bits, clocked at 450 MHz. QDR II+ architecture provides separate read and write data ports, delivering double the bandwidth of a conventional synchronous SRAM at the same clock rate. This part targets network packet buffers, line cards, test equipment, and high-speed DSP memory where sustained throughput and low random-access latency are critical. The industrial temperature range (-40°C to 85°C) allows deployment in outdoor telecom cabinets and factory-floor controllers without forced-air cooling.
