Package and supply — the board-level fit
The 165-ball FBGA (13x15 mm) is a surface-mount BGA with a 1.0 mm ball pitch — standard for high-density SRAMs in this density tier. The supply range of 1.7V to 1.9V means it runs from a nominal 1.8V rail, which is the common core voltage for QDR II memories. If your board already carries a 1.8V supply for the FPGA or ASIC bank, this part drops in without an extra regulator.
