QDR II gives you a separate read and write data port, each clocked at the full 200 MHz rate, so back-to-back read-write cycles happen without the dead bus-turnaround cycles that plague conventional synchronous SRAM. This part is designed for high-throughput, low-latency data buffers in networking equipment, test instrumentation, and baseband processing — any application where the memory bus is the bottleneck and every clock cycle counts.
Commercial temperature grade — deployment boundary
It is not specified for industrial or automotive thermal ranges. If your application sees extended temperature excursions, a wider-temperature QDR II variant would be the correct selection.
