72 Mbit synchronous SRAM for high-throughput data paths
The Infineon CY7C1470V33-167BZC is a 72 Mbit synchronous SRAM organized as 2M x 36, clocked at 167 MHz with a 3.4 ns access time. The NoBL™ architecture eliminates dead cycles between read and write turns, sustaining full pipeline throughput on a shared address bus. This part is built for networking equipment, telecom line cards, and high-end test instrumentation where the memory interface must keep up with a wide, fast data path without wait states.
Lifecycle and sourcing
0°C to 70°C — indoor, controlled environment only
The commercial temperature grade restricts this SRAM to equipment that lives in an air-conditioned room: server racks, central-office telecom, lab instruments. No industrial or automotive deployment — the 0°C to 70°C range does not cover cold start in an unheated cabinet or under-hood thermal cycling.
