72Mbit NoBL SRAM — 200 MHz synchronous pipeline
The CY7C1470V25-200AXCT is a 72Mbit synchronous SRAM from the NoBL™ family, organized as 2M x 36 bits. Clocked at 200 MHz with a 3 ns access time, it delivers burst reads and writes on every clock edge without dead cycles between read-to-write transitions — the NoBL (No Bus Latency) architecture eliminates the turnaround penalty that standard sync SRAMs incur. Supply range is 2.375V to 2.625V, making it a 2.5V nominal part. The commercial temperature grade (0°C to 70°C) suits controlled-environment networking and telecom line cards, not extended outdoor or industrial enclosures.
Housed in a 100-LQFP with the supplier device package designated 100-TQFP (14x20 mm). Surface-mount with a 0.50 mm pitch — the footprint requires a 4-layer PCB for clean fan-out of the address and data bus. Tape & Reel packaging (TR suffix) indicates reel quantities for automated pick-and-place. The base product number is CY7C1470; the V25 denotes the 2.5V supply option, and 200 the 200 MHz speed grade.
Each lot is traceable and verified against the original datasheet parametrics. No pin-compatible drop-in replacement from Infineon's current portfolio is documented.
