The 200 MHz clock frequency defines the maximum data rate on the parallel interface — at this speed the 3 ns access time leaves roughly 2 ns of setup/hold margin after accounting for clock-to-output skew and board trace delay. The NoBL pipeline eliminates dead cycles between read and write turns, so back-to-back transactions sustain the full 200 MHz bandwidth without idle insertion. The 165-ball FBGA package (15x17 mm) requires a multi-layer PCB with controlled-impedance traces for the 36-bit data bus.
