The 3.2 ns access time at 200 MHz is the spec that decides timing closure. If your processor's memory controller has a setup-time window narrower than that, you will need to add a wait state or drop the clock. The synchronous interface with a parallel memory bus keeps the timing deterministic — no asynchronous handshake overhead.
100-TQFP package and commercial temperature range
