Frequently asked questions
Can I run this SRAM on my 3.3V backplane?
No — the supply range is 2.375V to 2.625V, a dedicated 2.5V rail. A 3.3V rail with ±5% transients is outside the tolerance window and will not reliably power the part at 250MHz. A separate regulated 2.5V plane is required.
What temperature range does the 250BZXI support?
The operating temperature is -40°C to 85°C (TA), an industrial grade. It is not AEC-Q100 qualified — do not assume automotive suitability without a higher-graded alternate.
