At 333 MHz the clock period is 3 ns, and the QDR II interface leaves less than half that for signal-integrity margin after accounting for output hold and setup windows. Board-level routing must match the fly-by topology the datasheet recommends — any stub or via mismatch eats into the already tight timing budget. The 1.7V–1.9V supply range is narrower than a standard 1.8V rail's tolerance, so the regulator needs to stay inside ±50 mV at the SRAM balls; a 1.8V rail that dips to 1.65V during transient load will push the part out of spec.
