250 MHz QDR II SRAM for high-throughput data planes
The Infineon CY7C1414KV18-250BZXIT is a 36 Mbit synchronous QDR II SRAM organized as 1M x 36, clocked at 250 MHz. The QDR II architecture delivers separate read and write data ports, eliminating bus-turnaround dead cycles and sustaining back-to-back throughput at the full clock rate — a fit for network packet buffers, switch fabric look-up tables, DSP coefficient storage, and high-speed instrumentation where every cycle of memory bandwidth counts.
The tape-and-reel delivery (TR suffix) is the standard pick-and-place format for volume assembly.
There is no announced end-of-life, no last-time-buy window to schedule, and no successor part to qualify.
