What this QDR II SRAM does in the system
The 300 MHz clock delivers back-to-back read-write throughput without the wait states a standard synchronous SRAM incurs when switching direction. Organized 2M x 18, it fits line-card packet buffers, switch fabric look-up tables, and high-speed cache where latency and sustained bandwidth matter more than density. The 1.7 V to 1.9 V supply and industrial temperature range (-40°C to 85°C) suit outdoor telecom and base-station environments where ambient conditions vary widely.
