18 Mbit synchronous SRAM with NoBL™ flow-through
The Infineon CY7C1372KV33-167AXIT is a 18 Mbit synchronous SDR SRAM organized as 1M × 18, built on the NoBL™ (No Bus Latency) architecture that eliminates the dead cycle between read and write turns. Clocked at 167 MHz with a 3.4 ns access time, it delivers back-to-back throughput without pipeline bubbles — a fit for high-bandwidth cache, network buffer, and DSP scratchpad designs. Supply range is 3.135 V to 3.6 V, and the industrial temperature grade (−40 to 85 °C) suits outdoor telecom and factory-floor equipment. Housed in a 100-TQFP (14 × 20 mm) package, it is a surface-mount parallel-interface SRAM for board-level integration.
Industrial temperature and package
Rated −40 to 85 °C, this device is specified for outdoor and ventilated indoor enclosures. The 100-TQFP (14 × 20 mm) is a standard fine-pitch quad flat pack.
