150 MHz synchronous SRAM — timing and fit
The CY7C1360A-150AC is a 9 Mbit synchronous SRAM organized as 256K x 36, clocked at 150 MHz with a 3.5 ns access time from clock edge. The parallel interface and 3.3 V supply (3.135 V to 3.6 V) target high-throughput cache or buffer applications where a serial memory would bottleneck the bus.
Supplied in a 100-LQFP (100-TQFP, 14x20 mm body) surface-mount package. The bag packaging (tray or tube, not tape-and-reel) suits prototype or low-volume builds; for reflow assembly, verify the moisture sensitivity level (MSL) before baking.
Infineon lists this part as obsolete. No official successor or pin-compatible drop-in replacement is recorded from the original manufacturer. Quantities are lot-specific; we confirm availability and pricing at RFQ time against your BOM quantity.
