The CY7C1314BV18-250BZXC is officially obsolete per Cypress (now Infineon). For existing BOM lines or repair spares, supply is limited to independent-distributor and broker inventory. Date codes will vary, and parts must be screened for authenticity and condition before reflow. No direct pin-compatible replacement is listed on the official record. The QDR II family includes other density/speed grades (e.g., the CY7C1314BV18-200BZXC at 200 MHz), but those are also obsolete.
