The Infineon CY7C1061G30-10BVJXIT is a 16Mbit asynchronous SRAM organized as 1M x 16, built for parallel bus applications where deterministic read/write latency matters. Its 10 ns access time and matching 10 ns write cycle time let it interface directly with processors and controllers running at clock frequencies up to roughly 100 MHz without inserting wait states, assuming the address-to-data path stays within a few inches on the PCB. The parallel interface means every address and data line routes to the controller — the 48-VFBGA (6x8 mm) footprint packs those connections into a small land area, but the via fanout under the BGA needs careful planning to keep trace lengths matched.
The supply range spans 2.2V to 3.6V, so this SRAM can run on a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an extra regulator. At 3.3V the full 10 ns access holds; at 2.5V the datasheet derating should be checked against the controller's timing requirements.
