5V asynchronous SRAM for legacy bus timing
The CY7C1049BL-17VC is a 4Mbit asynchronous SRAM organised as 512K x8, with a 17 ns access time that keeps up with older 5V CPLDs and ASICs without wait states. It operates from a single 4.5V to 5.5V supply rail, so it is not a 3.3V part — feeding it 3.3V will not meet the minimum supply and the memory will not function.
