70 ns access time — bus timing margin
The Infineon CY62256NLL-70ZC is a 256Kbit (32K x 8) parallel SRAM from the MoBL® low-power family. Its 70 ns access time sets the read-cycle window for a 5 V bus — a 70 ns ceiling means the CPU must insert wait states unless the bus clock is below about 14 MHz. For a legacy 8-bit microcontroller or ASIC running from a 4.5 V rail, this part fits without a level translator.
4.5 V supply — 5 V rail only
The supply voltage is 4.5 V, which means this SRAM expects a 5 V rail. Dropping it into a 3.3 V system will not work without a separate 5 V supply or a level-shifting buffer.
For a BOM that needs this exact 70 ns, 5 V parallel SRAM, the supply channel is standard distribution — no surplus premium required.
