Six-channel high-side switch with SPI diagnostics
The Infineon BTS56033LBAAUMA1 is a six-output, high-side power switch in the automotive-qualified BTS56033 family. It integrates six N-channel MOSFET outputs with a common SPI interface for channel control and diagnostic readback, replacing discrete relay-and-fuse banks with a single PG-TSON-24-3 package.
Output stage and on-resistance split
