The BTS5434G is a 4-channel high-side power switch from Infineon's PROFET family, designed to drive resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads. Each output can deliver up to 3.4 A continuous, with a typical on-resistance of 45 mOhm — this keeps conduction losses low enough that a 28-SOIC package can handle the thermal load without forced airflow.

Supply range and fault coverage

The load voltage spans 4.5 V to 28 V, covering standard automotive battery rails (12 V nominal) and industrial 24 V supplies.
