The BTS52422LAUMA1 is an Infineon PROFET dual-channel high-side power switch rated for 5.5 A continuous output per channel with a typical on-resistance of 19 mOhm. It switches resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads on the high side of a 4.5 V to 28 V supply rail, with no separate Vcc supply required — the logic input is self-powered from the load voltage.
