Dual high-side switch with 45 mOhm Rds(on) and full protection suite
The Infineon BTS52352GXUMA1 is a two-channel high-side power switch from the PROFET family, built around an N-channel vertical power MOSFET with a typical on-resistance of 45 mOhm. Each channel delivers up to 3.3 A continuous from a load supply rail spanning 4.5 V to 28 V.
No official successor or replacement order code is recorded in the Infineon PROFET line.
Thermal and package fit for automotive and industrial loads
The PG-DSO-20 package (0.295-inch body width, 7.50 mm) is a surface-mount SOIC footprint with exposed pad for heat sinking. The two outputs share the common drain tab, so thermal coupling between channels is a design consideration.
On/Off interface and output behaviour
The input interface is a simple On/Off logic with a non-inverting input type. The switch does not require a Vcc/Vdd supply — it self-powers from the load rail. Auto-restart and a status flag output are included for diagnostic feedback. Output configuration is high-side with a 1:1 input-to-output ratio, meaning each of the two independent channels is controlled by its own input pin.
