Dual high-side switch with integrated protection
The BTS52312GSXUMA1 is a dual-channel high-side power switch from Infineon's PROFET family, designed to drive resistive, inductive, or capacitive loads in automotive and industrial environments. Each of the two N-channel outputs is rated for a continuous 1.8A maximum, with a typical on-resistance of 140 mOhm max across the 4.5V to 28V load supply range. A status flag output and auto-restart feature simplify system-level diagnostics and recovery.
The input is non-inverting with a simple On/Off interface — no external Vcc supply is required for the logic side, which keeps the BOM lean.
