The 6 V to 28 V load supply range covers nominal 12 V and 24 V systems with headroom for load-dump transients. The switch does not require a separate Vcc supply — it self-powers from the load voltage.
Protection set — no external clamp needed
Integrated fault protection covers current limiting (fixed threshold), open-load detection, over-temperature shutdown, and over-voltage clamping. The Auto Restart feature means the switch re-enables after a thermal fault once the junction cools, which is useful for intermittent overloads like a stalled motor. The On/Off interface is a single logic-level input — no PWM capability, but the protection logic eliminates external sense resistors or comparators.
