The D5V0L2B3SO-7 is a dual bidirectional Zener TVS array in a single SOT-23-3 package, designed to clamp transients on two independent signal or power lines down to a 5 V rail.
Surge rating and signal integrity trade-off
Rated for 6 A peak pulse current per the 8/20 µs waveform (IEC 61000-4-5 surge), the device absorbs transient energy up to 84 W peak pulse power — enough to protect downstream ICs from ESD events and moderate surge coupling on I/O lines.
Temperature range and package fit
Operating junction temperature spans -65°C to 150°C, covering automotive under-hood and industrial enclosure extremes. The SOT-23-3 footprint (TO-236-3 / SC-59 compatible) is a standard three-lead surface-mount package — no special reflow profile beyond the usual lead-free solder curve.
