Transient protection for legacy board designs
The 1.5KE11A-T is a 1500W unidirectional Zener TVS from Diodes Incorporated, designed to clamp transients on DC power rails or signal lines up to 9.4V normal operating voltage.
Ratings that matter for fit
Unidirectional configuration with a single protection channel is suited for DC lines where polarity is fixed; for AC or bidirectional applications a different part would be required.
Obsolete — sourcing through independent channels
For designs that cannot migrate to a newer TVS, this part remains available through independent surplus and broker channels. Each lot is verified for authenticity and tested to the original datasheet limits before shipment.
