The 1.5KE250A-HF: The 237.5 V minimum breakdown voltage sits above the 214 V standoff, so the diode stays transparent during normal operation and only conducts when the line exceeds that threshold. With a -55 °C to 150 °C junction temperature range, the clamping voltage and leakage shift predictably across the full operating band.
Supplied in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial-lead package, the 1.5KE250A-HF mounts through-hole. The DO-201 footprint is standard across the 1.5KE power class, so the board layout is interchangeable with other 1500 W axial TVS diodes from the same mechanical family. The tape-and-box (TB) packaging suits pick-and-place for axial components with formed leads or hand-insertion in lower-volume builds.
