Protection envelope and rail voltage
The 1.5KE110A-G: The 94 V reverse standoff voltage defines the continuous DC rail it protects — a 94 V bus sees no leakage until a transient exceeds the 104.5 V minimum breakdown threshold.
Housed in a DO-201AA / DO-27 axial leaded package with a through-hole mount, the DO-201 supplier device package footprint is standard across the 1.5KE series. The axial form factor suits point-to-point wiring or PCB through-hole layouts where a surface-mount TVS would not survive the reflow profile or the expected surge energy.
Temperature grade and operating range
The wide Tj range means the clamping voltage and leakage current remain within spec across seasonal and self-heating thermal swings.
