Standoff and breakdown voltage window
The 1.5SMC120CA TR13 PBFREE: Reverse standoff voltage is 102V typical, meaning the TVS draws negligible leakage below that rail voltage. Breakdown occurs at a minimum of 114V, so a 102V nominal bus sees no conduction during normal operation. The 12V gap between standoff and breakdown provides margin for rail ripple and tolerance without the TVS clipping the supply.
Bidirectional, one channel, surface-mount package
A single bidirectional channel protects a signal pair or a DC bus against both positive and negative transients — no polarity concern during assembly. The DO-214AB (SMC) package is a standard surface-mount footprint with a large copper pad for heat sinking the pulse energy. Operating temperature spans -65°C to 150°C junction, covering the full industrial and military range without derating at the high end.
