The OP279GRUZ-REEL: It delivers a 5 MHz gain bandwidth product and a 3V/µs slew rate, with rail-to-rail output that swings to within millivolts of the supply rails — useful when driving ADC inputs or low-voltage signal chains where headroom is tight.
Supply flexibility and output drive
Operates from a single supply spanning 4.5 V to 12 V, or split supplies. Each output can source or sink 50 mA, making it suitable for driving coaxial cables or buffering reference voltages into multiple loads. Input offset voltage is 4 mV max, and input bias current is 300 nA — typical for a general-purpose buffer stage.
