Timing and transient immunity — the numbers that matter for SPI integrity
Common-mode transient immunity is specified at 50kV/µs typical. That is the figure that matters when the isolator sits between a noisy power stage (motor drive, inverter, SMPS) and a sensitive controller. A fast voltage transient on the isolation barrier will not glitch the data output if the CMTI rating is high enough — and 50kV/µs is well into the robust range for industrial drives.
