Single-supply high-speed buffer in a small footprint
The Analog Devices LT6200CS6#TRMPBF is a single-channel general-purpose op-amp with rail-to-rail output, packing a 165 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 50 V/µs slew rate into a TSOT-23-6 package. It operates from a 2.5 V to 12.6 V supply span and delivers 90 mA output current per channel. The commercial temperature grade (0°C to 70°C) restricts it to controlled indoor environments — not a candidate for an engine bay or outdoor telecom cabinet.
165 MHz GBP and 50 V/µs slew rate — what they mean for your signal path
The 23 µA input bias current is a trade-off for speed — this is not the part for a high-impedance sensor front-end or a precision integrator. For those roles, look at a JFET or CMOS input op-amp with picoamp bias. The 2.5 mV input offset is typical for a general-purpose bipolar input stage; it will not limit a video or ADC driver but will show up in a DC-accurate gain stage.
